peanuts are very healthy and tasty food one spoon full peanuts every day will make your day good it's a suggested food that can add to your diet without any doubt,in so many ways you can take this peanuts some people like soaked peanuts,some people like to have fried peanuts, and dadi makes palli chikki or peanut chikki,some people like salted peanuts,there are so many ways to eat these healthy nuts you can choose your best way to have them

but now here i am discussing how fry peanuts in two ways
method 1:
First take peanuts/ground nuts /palli to fry and take a kadai and place it on stove after placing kadai on stove when kadai get heated then pour peanuts into kadai and stir them to avoid deep fry or burnt of peanuts,fry them until peanuts gets crispy you can smell the aroma when peanuts are perfectly fried then put off your stove and place kadai on a side and shift peanuts to on steel plate that's it fried or roasted peanuts are ready you can have as you like it

method 2:
Take a half cup peanuts and take a kadai and place it on stove and light your stove and add one table spoon of oil in kadai after oil get heat then pour peanuts into it and stir them until they get roasted when you feel peanuts are fried you can put off your stove and shift them into a plate and let them cool and serve
note : you can store fried peanuts in a glass jar or a air tight jar for more than one week or more than a week but if you leave them for air peanuts lost their crunchy ness
